Oak Door with Side Windows

For this Hanworth home renovation, we were commissioned to design and create an oak front door with matching side windows. The client requested a grand entrance that maintained the period character of their home. After several site visits to assess dimensions and lighting, we produced architectural drawings that combined traditional craftsmanship with modern features, such as energy-efficient glazing. The door was handcrafted from solid oak, with the side windows framed and glazed in-house. Following the final fit, the door and windows were painted in a weather-resistant finish. This project added both curb appeal and functionality, ensuring the home had a welcoming and secure entrance.
